Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Any item may be returned if it is damaged or not as described.
Where the item has been damaged in transit, and the customer has NOT selected insured shipping, they will be liable for return shipping PLUS the cost of a replacement item.

Australia Post eParcel and Australia Express Post do not include any insurances. Australia Post does not warranty any lost or stolen parcels and it's the responsibility of the customer to follow up any lost and stolen packages.

A 'change of mind' returned order will incur a restocking fee of 20%.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to company shipping address.

HOW do customers return items?
The customer MUST contact ECS Engines prior to returning any item.
Customer order invoice number is required.

SHIPPING for returns?
If an item is not as described on our store, the customer will not be required to pay for return shipping. 
Where an item is damaged in transit - covered by insured shipping and replaced by ECS - the customer will not be required to pay for return shipping.

CREDIT for returns?
If an item is not as described, we offer customers a replacement, store credit, or refund of money.
A refund back onto a customer credit card will incur a $30 fee. Alternatively we can transfer back to a bank account.

Instore return option?
Instore returns are available by appointment only!

Packing materials?
Item must be in original packaging and not marked or used in any way.
